great experience but lacking some amenities
The king non-smoking room offered modern touches . The beds ensured a restful night, allowing our family to recharge after a long day.
The lack of additional amenities limited our experience.

The woman at the front desk, I believe her name to be jean, she was very sweet and very informative and was a joy to talk to. I liked the proximity to the Virginia campus as to which my stay was necessary for
The elevators had an overpowering smell of urine, the drink machine was not only working properly as far as not dispensing cold drinks but was dispensing incorrect selections, at night our room became infested with about 30-40 "stink bugs" so we slept in our car as it was very late getting back to our room, upon arrival our pillow cases were stained but jean took care of those, overall other than the employees working the front desk, I would need to be in a severe state of panic and desperation to stay there again, completely dissatisfied and embarrassed as this was our first trip out of town together and was a surprise

The smell. The appearance. How early breakfast is shut down. The TV. The fridge didn't work. The walls are paper thin. The bed spread was disgusting there was no "bottom sheet" just a top sheet laid out in place of the bottom sheet, so the mattress was showing so we could see how old and gross it was. I would describe this place as a truly disappointing establishment.

It was cheap ... and we should have expected no less than we got. The help were friendly and even gave us the room at a cheaper rate than we had booked thru you.
When we arrived they did not have our reservation ...but we were lucky and they still had a room available. The ac did not work properly.... We had to set it at 68 to make it stay on ... otherwise it would run for a minute or two and then click off. Beds were lumpy !

The breakfast spread was good, especially with that egg station transforming every morning into a culinary fiesta! Plus, the staff was super friendly and had my back when I needed extra towels. Cheaper rates compared to nearby hotels really sealed the deal!
A couple of late-night party animals were a bit loud, and the occasional whiff of smoke drifted in from neighboring rooms. The traffic noise from Rt 29 could interrupt your chill time too.

Mini fridge in the room was a plus. The lobby is really tiny with limited breakfast options. We could hear noise from neighboring rooms, and the place could use some updates.

Clean room, comfortable beds, breakfast offered a good variety including cereal and oatmeal packets.

I stayed in a King Room for 2 nights. The room was modern and super clean, nice. There was a big desk and a massive TV that was great. Staff were super friendly and helped with late check-out, awesome. The only downside was the shower head could use a bit of an upgrade. But for a short stay, it was pretty good overall.

The king room was spacious and clean. Early check-in and late check-out were highlights, but daily room servicing could have been better. Breakfast options were quite basic and needed to be taken back to the room.

I appreciated the convenience of having a mini fridge and microwave in my room. It. The location was good, and I didn't encounter any bugs during my two nights here. I enjoyed coffee in the mornings, a nice touch. As a European traveler, I liked the accessibility to shopping and nearby attractions.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The beds were comfortable, and the location is conveniently close to local attractions. Management needs to address the noise from slamming doors. Consider rooms away from the stairs for a quieter experience.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. I encountered a pesky bug in my room, and the breakfast options left much to be desired. Service at the front desk was pleasant, though.
